Job Responsibilities :

Create interest in Daikin high Energy efficient products of VRV DX by talking, presenting, studying, conceptualizing and other activities

Meet and propagate Daikin VRV and DX solutions to Consultants, clients, end users and contractors.

Prepare VRV & DX selections, sketches, drawings for space planning and other required documents

Prepare comparative analysis of different AC products to push Daikin VRV DX

Prepare comparative analysis showing Daikin against our competitors

Provide Life cycle costings,

Prepare and present Daikin VRV DX solutions at various forums fan crowds

Technically able to argue and prove Daikin superiority against competitors

Build new tools to expand Daikin market share

Work with Sales team fro, Tender stage till Order is secured and strategize to increase Daikin win ratio

Handle relationship with consultants and make them Daikin favored consultants

Able to convert Lead to Daikin Spec in and maintain No.1 Market position

Work on projects from concept stage

Support sales to secure Daikin Approval

Report all the visits, spec-in, project details, activities in CRM

Job Requirements :

Experience & Knowledge :

Sound knowledge of various HVAC design with detailed analysis

Able to compare various system effectively

VRV / VRF working knowledge

minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC industry with reputed manufacturers or consultants in GCC

Knowledge and experience of VRV / VRF for at least 5 years

Good established contacts with consultants in ME region

Knowledge of DX Inverters

Education :

University degree in Mechanical Engineering

Skills :

Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation and influencing) skills, both spoken, written English

Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered as an advantage

Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word

Analytical skill
