Provide technical support for the I.TEquipment & software to resolve operational problems and / orenhance product performance.
To ensure that hardware, software& network is maintained and repaired as necessary
Provide end-users support on the use of I.T Equipment& Software
Assist and educate users forthe efficient use of I.T products
Performstandard preventive maintenance on computers and peripherals toavoid incidents
Follow-up with ISP for variousissues and services for procuring new services and ensuringavailability of service
Participate ininstallation of Data / voice network and provide / enhance I.Tnetwork
Liaison with department managers andcompany management on I.T needs
To facilitatethe growth of the company’s I.T and communicationinfrastructure, including the following functional areas :
Servers,operating systems & office automationsoftware.
