Job Duties and Responsibilities :
o Coordinate with hiringTalents People to identify staffing needs
o Determine selectioncriteria
o Sourcepotential candidates through online channels
o Plan interview andselection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, andin-person interviews
o Assess candidateinformation, including resumes and contact details, using ourApplicant Tracking System
o Design job descriptions andinterview questions that reflect each position s requirements
o Lead employerbranding initiatives
o Organize and attend jobfairs and recruitment events
o Forecast quarterly andannual hiring needs by department
o Foster long-termrelationships with past applicants and potentialcandidates. Job Requirements andQualifications :
o BS / BA in businessadministration or relevant field.
o Successful work experienceas a Human Resources Specialist, officer, administrator or other HRposition.
o Strong working knowledge ofHR functions and procedures
o Familiarity with socialmedia, resume databases and professional networks
o Hands-on experience withfull-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques andevaluation methods.
