The Sheraton Grand Hotel also offers a Sheraton Club Lounge that has extensive services and exciting 31st-floor views. POSITION PURPOSE To perform the Ken Fix itmaintenance task to the allotted room quota and the weekly quota for publicareas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Responsible formaintenance / technical attention in accordance with the Ken Fix it program toguest rooms and public areas in the entire hotel.

  • Responsible forworking to stipulated quotas, for ensuring those areas are left in a safecondition and for the proper use and security of Ken Fix it equipment andtrolley.
  • To assist with other maintenancework as directed - To maintain theequipment and tools in good order and to maintain all stores organized.
  • Initiates orders forsupplies for trolley and maintain records of work completed. - To show the interestin learning all available new technology and the latest products related to ourvalues and brand standards and to be able to apply that in our hotel.
  • To share in theimplementation of the training programs that will result in better productivityand better work environment.
  • To attend theconducted technical trainings, and to assure of the correct implementation. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS We do expect that you dohave the experiences / behaviors below.
  • You : - Minimum 1 year experience insimilar position; - Previous experience of 5 starhotel will be an advantage; - Totallyembrace the philosophy of guest and customer service and owns the guests;
  • Identifyyourself with the hotel's brand and operating philosophy; - Possessa warm and friendly demeanor; - Thriveon pride of work and its product;
