Responsible for the preparation of the annual sales budget and the achievement of the approved annual sales target

Manages and develops Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators in the effective generation of sales

Identifying and working with distributors, architects and contractors to establish knowledge of any projects and potential enquiries in the market

Ensures attainment of budgeted sales + gross margins

Develops and implements strategies and action plans to drive product sales and establish strong presence in the GCC market

Ensures on time collections of all accounts receivables

Provides monthly sales forecast as input for production planning and logistics

Monitors inventory of raw materials and finished goods and determines what to buy and when in order to ensure that there is sufficient inventory to meet market demands

Works with the engineering team to assist customers with technical and quality issues, and encourages the sales team to feedback product improvement or innovative ideas to the engineering team for implementation

Establishes technical knowledge on company products and provides site training to customers as and when required

Chases quotations sent out to the customers

Ensures rolling visit plan every week and identifies related actions and achievements

Control cost within his / her responsibility

Manages and monitors usage of company product literature and ensures availability of such items, within the set budget, to customers

Conducts weekly sales meetings to review sales performance and discusses sales issues and concerns

Understands and monitors market trends and opportunities and provides input to product management

Any other job related duties as required

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Job Skills

Ideally we are looking for someone with a steel manufacturing / bathroom solutions background with at least 3 years experience in a similar position.

A degree is preferred and Arabic language skills are also helpful but not essential.
