Responsibilities :

  • Acting as a first point of contact : dealing withcorrespondence and phone calls
  • Managingdiaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controllingaccess to the Director
  • Booking and arrangingtravel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizingevents and conferences
  • Reminding the Directorof important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing,compiling and preparing reports, presentations andcorrespondence
  • Managing databases and filingsystems
  • Implementing and maintainingprocedures / administrative systems
  • Liaisingwith staff
  • Liaising with other executives onbehalf of the Director
  • Collating and filingexpenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support theDirector, which will be preparing corporate reports or conductingresearch.
  • SCOPE The PersonalAssistant reports to the Director and is responsible for providingsenior level secretarial and clerical services for theDirector.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONALREQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in BusinessAdministration.
  • Certificate in BusinessAdministration or related (essential).
  • 5 yearsof experience in a personal assistant role.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proficientin Microsoft Office and business communication software.
  • Strong knowledge of databases and trackingsystems.
  • Fantastic organizational skills anddetail oriented.
  • Ability to work underpressure and meet deadlines.
  • Brilliant writtenand verbal communication skills.
  • HighProficiency in English.
