Acting as a first point of contact : dealing withcorrespondence and phone calls
Managingdiaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controllingaccess to the Director
Booking and arrangingtravel, transport and accommodation
Organizingevents and conferences
Reminding the Directorof important tasks and deadlines
Typing,compiling and preparing reports, presentations andcorrespondence
Managing databases and filingsystems
Implementing and maintainingprocedures / administrative systems
Liaising with other executives onbehalf of the Director
Collating and filingexpenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support theDirector, which will be preparing corporate reports or conductingresearch.
SCOPE The PersonalAssistant reports to the Director and is responsible for providingsenior level secretarial and clerical services for theDirector.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONALREQUIREMENTS
Degree in BusinessAdministration.
Certificate in BusinessAdministration or related (essential).
5 yearsof experience in a personal assistant role.
Proficientin Microsoft Office and business communication software.
Strong knowledge of databases and trackingsystems.
Fantastic organizational skills anddetail oriented.
Ability to work underpressure and meet deadlines.
Brilliant writtenand verbal communication skills.
HighProficiency in English.
