If unable to help Prospect, refers to other team members to meet the Client's needs. Monitor all vacancies and future vacancies in order to react proactively to future occupancy needs Analyses concerns associated with properties which are slow to Lease and offers recommendations to the Management Educates new Tenants on legal and administrative compliance during tenancy period and follows up with all residents in order to establish positive Resident relations Maintains open communication with Property Manager and Maintenance and Facilities Manager ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS Prepares and assists with all mandatory leasing paper work (i.
e., applications, lease agreements and, employment and credit checks and leasing move-in packs) for tenant move in as well as for company's records Completes follow up, writes thank you notes and returns calls to prospects.
Maintain current tenant files ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Attendance is an imperative job function Monitors advertising effectiveness.
Develops an understanding of the market, trends, and prices and is up to date on property laws and regulations. Attends trainings as instructed by the company.

Arabic is an advantage. A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in the local real estate market would be advantageous.
