For this role, you will need to

Set objectives and develop annual plans of the brandstraining such as training program development, training strategy ofthe year, annual training plan, and performance measures oftraining department Partner with headquarter, and develop andcustomize training material and programs

Lead onboarding of field employees, train them about brands andproducts, sales skill, store management

Coordinate with sales, marketing and R&I to assuresuccessful new product launch programs

Good project management skills to facilitate coordination withmultiple departments

Relationshipmanagement skills to influence store managers, sellers as well asinternal and external stakeholders

Strongcommunication and interpersonal skill to persuade and influenceothers

Strong organization, timemanagement and budget management skills

Strong problem solving skills to resolve client issues effectivelyand efficiently

Understanding of industry,competitor brands and treatments, trends and changing customerbehavior

Willingness to learn every keyinformation and characteristics on our existing and newproducts

Maintain a professionalappearance and serve as a prominent face of the brand

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and takesignificant local travels, and occasional overnight travel to meettrainees
