Job Description
Must have minimum years of proven leadership and project delivery experience in amatrix organization with global teams and third parties for a largeorganization.
Experience in agile deliverywithin the context of a medium / Large technology changeprogram. Strong presentation and communicationskills with executive management and other stakeholdersWell-versed in the use of tools of software delivery anddigital transformation.
Ability to effectivelycommunicate specialist information in an understandable format toall stakeholders. Excellent communicationskills, focusing on core scrum values of openness, honesty andrespect Must have years of experience inAgile Delivery Lead.
Must haveyears ofexperience in Proven Leadership across complex delivery.
