What you will do

Technical Customer Support Specialist is a key role who will be based in Dubai and will be reporting into Operations Manager Customer Success Ops.

You will be part of our contact center team who is focused on guaranteeing that our internal customers are rapidly on boarded, trained, and successfully deriving value from the Connected Offerings products and service.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team.

How you will do it

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will use you exceptional analytical, customer relationship, account management, inside sales, consulting, and HVAC technology skills and will work closely with our Service technician’s team in completing connected equipment gateway hardware install and provide support for completing the connected equipment portal dashboards and also conducts web and teleconferences to train new and existing users in customer facing products or tools.

You will act as a subject matter expert of Connected Offering products, features, and functionalities; regularly updates knowledge and functional understanding of the platforms and applications.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in Engineering Support, Technical Support, Technical Sales, Consulting, Technical Customer Service for HVAC or BMS Portfolio within GCC
  • Strong technical background in Building Automation Systems, Air conditioning control product, refrigeration control product, or HVAC equipment
  • Recent or past records on meeting customer satisfaction results, customer objectives and goals
  • Strong team player, positive attitude, works well with groups, offers, and receives constructive criticism
  • Strong business communication and organization skills including ability to read, analyze, and interpret client support requests and write business correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Public speaking skills and ability to lead and organize user group sessions or round table environments, including ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to creatively solve problems and improve processes
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet software, salesforce, webinars, and multi-media
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working on HVAC systems BMS / / Controls in engineering or service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic
