Assisting with the recruitmentand interview processes
Maintain records ofpersonnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves,turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure allemployment requirements are met
Keep track ofstaff attendance & vacation balance.
Handle staff medical insurance process.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations, on boarding and update records withnew hires.
Produce and submit reports on generalHR activity.
