3.Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction andengagement
4.Tracking, analyzing and understandingcustomer's business and buying criteria; anticipating theirneeds and translating into present and future requirements for ICTservices.
5. Managing entire sales cycle includingcustomer profiling, account planning, lead generation
6.Effectively managing negotiations with customers, finalizesproposals / Contracts with customers.
7. Establishingproductive, professional relationships with key personnel inassigned customer accounts

7.Bachelor's degree inIT / Telecommunication, Computer Science or equivalent
