Essential and optional requirements
Responsible for Kitchen and F&B outlets co-coordinating, participating in the activities of all Stewarding personnel and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness of all Kitchens.
1.To make sure all dishes are filled in chaffers, pastries, cold food items are ready 5.40 am prior to opens restaurant
2.Check the quality of chaffers, fuels, and surrounding of buffet counter and action with co ordination of concerned dept
3.Check the quality of serving cutlery that already in buffet and if required its should be changed
4.Check the quality and quantity of the food displayed and keep informed with concerned Chefs / Commis and make sure that the task completed on time.
5.Keep the kitchen informed always if the house is full of with quests any given time, thus will get the kitchen organized
6.Check the hygiene standard of the counter, and keep informed the stewarding dept as and when required
7.To make sure that there is no shortage of any items that displayed in the counter both cold and hot and action on time without notice by guest.
8.Make sure that the uniforms are cleaned, shaven, no moustache, and shower prior to duty
9.Check and aware of the menu of the day in advance and make sure that the items are in counter prior to service
10. Follows up for Dubai Municipality HACCP Standard Polices.
