Education : Bachelors Degree

Skills :

  • A self-motivated business development professional with at least 3 years experience of selling in a service-oriented context in the UAE
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent successful sales experience.
  • Preference will be given to Marketing and Business Graduates
  • A strong understanding of Internet technologies is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is a must
  • Excellent communication capabilities including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills in English (and preferably Arabic as well)
  • Multi-tasking, organized, and able to contribute to the company’s growth
  • Strong Analytical, research, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record attracting new clients and generating $250K or more in new business annually
  • Energetic, creative, dynamic, very efficient
  • Excellent project & time management skills
  • Has the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
  • Full understanding of the consultative based sales process
  • Possessing a valid UAE driving license
  • Responsibilities :

  • The ability to fully understand the company background, concept, services, and internet marketing solutions & technologies
  • Attracting new clients and generate client appointments, follow through with initial meetings and ultimately close the business opportunity
  • Take the initiative to recommend breakthrough ideas that leads to business development
  • Able to professionally communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and convey the requirements to the project team
  • Building a rapport with existing and potential clients and retain them by providing quality service
  • Continuous engagement in self training process to gain deep understanding and knowledge about the industry & solutions offered by the company
  • Communicate effectively with the team by passing on all relevant information about project specifications
  • Professionally generate and prepare all the necessary documentations needed to close the sale such as proposals, order forms, content collection packages
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Comfortable with making cold calls to follow up on direct marketing letters in order to generate appointments
  • Proven ability to get past the gatekeeper and reach top decision makers then, get them interested in moving forward
  • To handle all Internet Marketing and Franchise related enquires
  • Ability to follow up with prospects in order to develop the relationship over time and convert them to clients
  • Ability to work closely with non-sales people to communicate pipeline and activity status
  • Proven track record selling professional services (marketing and internet related)
  • Documenting and handing off of projects to technical staff
  • Contribute to the teams successful effort of implementing plans to accomplish its mission statement
  • Description :

    The IMA role exists to generate business from new clients and get repeat business from existing clients using a professional, service-

    oriented approach. The IMA will also be the critical link between the customer and the technical and marketing teams and will act as a progress chaser on all projects and proposals.

    He / she will be charged with creating for the company a differentiated view in the minds of existing and prospective clients.
