About the Role We are currently looking for Manager Digital Analyst who will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to different team of specialists to support and deliver business solutions in their domain expertise aligned with IT strategy It is also expected from them to provide domain solution knowledge and collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve common goals and deliverables This role is supposed to have strong understanding of the Digital UX needs of the business and collaborate between the business BSM and the technical teams to understand and document the business requirements Job Responsibilities Project Coordination Support the implementation team with alignment to Business Requirements during project phaseManage the FSD preparationManage RFC SOW preparationManage Prepare RFAsManage Prepare TCOsAssist in BRD creationAssist the Solution Architects in preparing documents required by the EACoordination in System Testing where requiredEnsure proper governance of the testing scope in alignment to original requirements Demand Collaboration Able to engage businesses stakeholders in conversation and requirement gathering and analysisAble to engage with Technical stakeholders in conveying requirements and solutioningExperience and thorough understanding of digital life cycle and projects from design to build and supportExperience in managing digital projects Websites ecommerce Mobile AppsEmphasis on customer experience and drive to improve processesAble to document requirements clearly and thoroughly using various tools FSD User Story or BRDsSupport the implementation team with alignment to Business Requirements during project phaseRFC SOW preparation coordinationPrepare RFPs RFIsAssist in the preparation of TCOs for projectsAssist the Solution Architects in preparing documents required by the EACoordination in System Testing where requiredParticipate in project UATs and govern the testing scope alignment to the original requirement Leadership Team Management Working with an engaged team to plan and prioritise their workloads set objectives conduct appraisals with managers and support to continually improve their performance and results Develop team in line with target competencies and build adequate bench strength for future Resources assigned to project teams to be managed as appropriate to the needs of application support priorities
