JOB PURPOSE :
Plays a Key role in ensuring month on month device sales targets are met without any hindrance through key retail, online, wholesale and other alternate channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Responsible for Planning and achieving Brand wise and Product wise growth
Develop channel, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals
Develop new distributors and maintain good relationships with existing partners.
Have a clear understanding of retail and re-export market pricing.
Work on a continuous pipeline of orders for various brands in A, B and C categories.
Minimum Experience :
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role in Telecom / Mobile / Retail industry
Good understanding of wholesale and retail device market in UAE
Minimum Education :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing
Knowledge & Skills :
Excellent selling / cross-selling / up-selling skills
Experience in device sales in key retail, online, wholesale and other alternate channels
Demonstrates high standard for personal motivation
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Strong & excellent time-management and organizational skills
High standard of Telecommunication product and service knowledge
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English and preferably also in Arabic
