Rôles et responsabilités
In charge of commercial activity ( Business Development, Marketing, Tendering, Sales & Contracting) of the "Time Charter Business Line and lump sum project for Subsea Services in the Middle East region.
Act as contracts manager for projects in the Arabian gulf excluding Qatar
Prepare, propose, implement and update a Commercial Plan for his Business Lines / Region. .
Manage a portfolio of existing clients with regular visits and feed back in collaboration with affiliates.
Develop contacts & promote all Subsea Services with New Clients in compliance with the Commercial Plan in collaboration with affiliâtes.
Manage commercial matters with Affiliates and JV’s in his Region. Develop and animate a commercial network in the area.
Search & identify leads for his Business Lines / Region
Pilot & feed back Bourbon Subsea Market Analysis team with updates on market for his Business Lines / Region
Propose a bidding strategy, follow up offer preparation & remittance, negotiation & contracting.
Identify new market segment and opportunities for new business generation
Maintain / update Contractor backlog order book for construction project
Ensure that tendering department deploys adequately the contract upon award in a timely manner
Ensure Bourbon compliance program is applied
Contract Management : Ensure day-to-day Client Satisfaction, such as regular visits onboard vessels to follow the Contract
Ensure a high level of awareness of BOURBON QHSE Policy, procedures and expectations
participate to BOURBON's positive QHSE culture through active leadership and example
Be the single point of accountability for the Client and all BOURBON’s Contract stakeholder unless a dedicated project manager is appointed
Identify and collect additional clients expectations and requirement for services for price / negotiate this additional clients expectation
Identify and report to management future business opportunities / potential business actiivities and contract threats as consequence of the project / charter execution
Issue the Subsea Agreement (terms, conditions and responsibilities between Contract Manager and Operation Manager)
Clearly and timely report on all aspects of the main contract (in charge of drafting and updating the Client Action Plan report)
Prepare Variation Orders
Liaise locally vessel logistic support with Affiliates or Agent Company
to fill in Invoicing, ensure invoicing and cash collection, ensure a timely payment of his suppliers
The applications should have acquired the following experience and skills during their career.
Strong business development acumen : negotiation & persuasion skills, Business Intelligence and Strategy
Excellent knowledge and experience in Subsea Operations
Project Management skills
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Abillity to evolve in a multicultural environment
Wiling to relocate to Dubai
