Position Description : To lead, create and execute the technology strategy for RSA Global and all its companies.

Ensure that all group entities are focused on using technology to move the business faster.

Continually challenge how technology can help the current operating organizations with an

agile 'less is more' approach. Look to maintain harmonious integration of data between all

entities. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables : Objective 1 : Develop, create and / or adopt software solutions to propel business growth.

Objective 2 : Experiment with breakthrough technology every day.

Objective 3 : Deliver best in class services to RSA group of companies.

Objective 4 : Deliver best in class security to RSA group of companies and customers. Skills & Qualifications : - Continually have the hunger to learn about which was technology is moving.

  • Understand that diversity is key to creating an international team to attract the best talent.
  • Confidence and interpersonal skills are critical.
  • Own the numbers and teach the rest of the organization.
  • Become the culture promoter internally.
  • Be an internal Technology coach and have a challenging mindset. Works With : Across Multiple departments

    Objective 1 : Develop, create and / or adopt software solutions to propel business growth.

    As measured by :

  • Get all RSA's systems talking to each other to allow data to flow seamlessly
  • Align data standards and make data available real-time for business use using BI Tools.
  • Utilize the existing software to their maximum capacity.
  • Objective 2 : Experiment with breakthrough technology every day

    As measured by :

  • Drive customer requirements (not only to be driven by customer demands) and create different solutions with breakthrough technologies on shoestring budgets -
  • lean startup methodology. 1 execution per half year.

  • Deveolp profitable business model innovation in addition to products and services that fit RSA Cultural values and direction.
  • Objective 3 : Deliver best in class services to RSA group of companies

    as measured by :

  • Clearly defined and agreed on SLA agreements in place with all sister entities.
  • Agree budgets and 3-year strategic plan for all shared services with each Group entity.
  • NPS of
  • Start charging each entity on a per user per month basis to make IT a profit centre.
  • Objective 4 : Deliver best in class security to RSA group of companies and customers

    as measured by :

  • Invisible but effective security standards that balance business need for speed and agility against data theft and system hacks
  • Annual risk assessments to identify optimal utilisation of budget vs risk to avoid system failures and downtime
  • Ensure culture of security is aligned with RSA HSSEQ and understood and taught in a fun yet impactful manner to existing and all new recruits (part of induction).
