Theincumbent should have the capacity to equip employees with acompetence that makes them effective to work in the digitalenvironment.
Additionally, the incumbent will develop and roll outtraining related to systems as the organization adopts MicrosoftDynamics 365 as a business tool and the HRIS system.
Main Duties &Responsibilities :
Ensure thatper appropriate level and job function in the organizationemployees are competent in the basic, intermediate and advancelevel of the Microsoft Office Suite in order to deliver work thatmeets efficiency and effectiveness and quality metrics.
