Job Description KeyResponsibilitiesRepresenting in a professional and diligent manner;meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strongworking relationships.

Using lead generation and leverage ofexisting clients to develop position in the GCC, with a focus onthe designated market segment to facilitate expansion based on ourclient’s needs.

Identify new business opportunities anddrive forward the development of such opportunities.Maintain astrong pipeline of new opportunities and track activities.

Maintainand update regularly with market data on competitors, market share,fee structures and other relevant information to enhance thecommercial activity.

Participate in a high level of clientinteraction across the GCC to support the building and maintainingof commercial relationships upholding bjectives fordevelopment and growth, and to ensure a good understandingof demands, expectations, and anticipated market changesas early as possible.

Develop and nurture collaborativerelationships with existing intermediaries and source newfeeders.Track relevant projects and take appropriate actions to winbusiness on a global basis by providing well qualifiedprospects.

Generating a high standard of service delivery andachieving successful outcomes for our clients to sustainablystrengthen the revenue base.

Capturing, sharing knowledge andmaintaining effective communicationDelivering all work outputs inan accurate and timely manner.

Assisting the Commercial Head whererequired for local, regional and global initiatives.CandidateProfileUAE based, with the ability and willingness to travelextensively throughout the GCC.

Strong understanding of the localGCC and wider Middle East culture, customs and practice.Robusttrack record in client acquisition and business development,particularly in an international environment.

Developed intermediarycontact database for business introductionsA team player with a can-do’ attitude, polite, patient, diplomatic,and respectful.

Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive,well-disciplined and commercially.Good technical writing,client-facing and communication skills (both internal andexternal).
