Job Description

ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influencers agency.

We are looking for an experienced, customer focused, energetic, professional person to head our Front of House team, ensuring the effective management and efficient running of the reception area together with the provision of accurate and timely administrative support.

Together you and the team will be ambassadors for our company.

Requirements

Candidates must be western educated and have a minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a Head Receptionist role, excellent customer service skills, be an effective communicator both verbal and written, work well under pressure and managing a team, be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail) must know how to and demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement.

Exceptional organisation skills, a fast learner, attention to detail and flexibility are a must.

Duties will include but not limited to, overseeing the reception team and area, ensuring that the highest of ITP standards are upheld, answering a high volume of incoming calls, general administration, travel arrangements, parking requests, respond to emails promptly, research for company projects and support all staff with their requirements.

Shift work will be required to cover the hours of 8 am to 6 : 30 pm, working hours are to rotate across the team.
