Develop thecluster HC strategy in coordination with the cluster President andin line with the overall HC strategy. Ensure vertical alignment andhorizontal integration with other cluster HC strategies
Manage the effective achievement of thecluster’s objectives through setting individual targets,managing performance, developing the cluster team and providingformal and informal feedback to maximize overall performance,engagement and motivation
Lead the HC effortin the cluster to implement HC policies, procedures and processesacross the cluster and subsidiary entities, consistent with EDGECorporate and EDGE Group policies and best practice.
Ensurealignment with the HC teams of the cluster’sentities
Develop a manpower plan for thecluster in line with the overall manpower plan and in alignmentwith the HC teams of the entities
Overseeeffective implementation of the performance management process inthe cluster’s entities' in coordination with theentities'
HC teams. Ensure alignment of theentities' performance to the cluster’sperformance
Understand the reward philosophyof EDGE Corporate and EDGE Group and act as an advisor toentities' HC teams on operational compensation issues, suchas salary adjustment requests, promotional increases and pay forperformance programs
Oversee talent mobilityacross the cluster’s entities and coordinate with talentdevelopment, to ensure that talent capabilities are adequatelyutilized
