We are looking for an engaging, courteous andhospitable Kitchen Steward who is passionate about food andbeverage service.
1. Operate Kitchen Equipment with good sanitarystandards. 2. Display proper methods and stocking procedure of allutensils and items in the Food & Beverage Operations.
3.Follow the Departmental sanitation checklist as well as dailychecklist. 4. Report on any required repairs for preventivemaintenance.
5. Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and equipmentin the Food & Beverage area. 6. Maintain restaurant safetyand hygiene standard in the operation.
7. Control and maintain onan ongoing basis, quality level of service i.e. Sanitation,cleanliness and hygiene. 8. Perform all other work assigned withrelated duties.
9. To be well aware of the operational proceduresof machineries / equipment concerning the cleaning / washing / steaming.
10. Know how to clean equipment / fixtures in thekitchen, service area, food outlets and back area. 11. Fully awareof chemical usage on different equipment and kitchenware.
