We are now looking for a Community & PR Manager for coordinating the voice of NVIDIA into the GeForce (Desktop & Notebook) in the Middle East & North Africa region (additional product categories might be added).
In this role, you will streamline and own the various community programs including but not limited to forums, social media, events and newsletters, sales & retail channel, working closely with NVIDIA’s Corporate Marketing, Product, Publisher and Sales teams to create and deploy messaging, assets, tools and experiences, for the gamers residing in various communities.
What you ll be doing :
Design and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy.
Be the voice of the gamer within the organization using detailed community feedback and research.
Be the Voice of NVIDIA to the community and gamers.
Monitor and report on execution of activities and gamer reception.
Manage Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, forums and other social properties to create an effective engagement platform, and engaging and exciting contents to educate & entertain gamers and design a comprehensive Social Media plan & strategy in order to be able to hit quarterly social media milestones.
Be the primary point of contact for key gaming partners including influencers, Media / editors and gaming community actors.
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting business or community and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Work closely with game publishers to come up with event / activity ideas and plans
Build relationships within the gaming ecosystem and continually evaluate new opportunities.
Build and grow an esports community
Communicate & collaborate with the cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, PR) to grow the size of the gaming ecosystem, coordinating and executing community promotions with partners, and ensuring consistent branding and exposure (online / offline) across the retail and e-tail channel.
Translation or localization of local contents and other campaigns to Arabic
Generate and increase demand for Geforce by creating integrated and creative 360 plans (PR / Community / Sales / Marketing) for launches, growth drivers and AAA games, and by establishing and maintaining community calendar of online / offline events that consists of daily / weekly / monthly activities.
Create engaging & creative online / offline contents related to Geforce and AAA games (videos, articles, social media, gaming community event ideas, gaming influencer gatherings and gamers gathering) to create engagement & excitement amongst the community, and establish conversations with our users.
Own and support guerilla marketing activation at gaming tradeshows, events and LANs.
Identify gaming community leaders or influencers / Media and empower them to more actively contribute to the greater community among streamers, LAN party organizers, Redditors and media sources in the video gaming, PC and console accessories, and gaming lifestyle categories.
Develop influencer strategy maintain and leverage existing relationships and cultivate new appropriate contacts from the community or industry and work with them around relevant AAA genres with activities that raise campaign awareness.
Coordinating all public relations activities
Seek out and broadcast appropriate user / community-generated material.
Expand PR coverage into mainstream media, consolidate NVIDIA amongst Gaming and Technical Media and ensure continued communications growth for our consumer line up
Developing media communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
Monitor, analyze and communicate influencer and PR results on regular basis or when requested
What we need to see :
Fluency in Arabic.
Must be able to travel in the region on frequent basis
Must be very proactive, creative, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess excellent organizational and planning & reporting skills
Have a full understanding of influencer & media needs and media / influencer relationships
Possess the ability to keep information confidential
Tactical understanding of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, and other platforms)
