Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnershipThe future is what we make it When you join Honeywell you become a member of our global team of thinkers innovators dreamers and doers who make the things that make the future That means changing the way we fly fueling jets in an ecofriendly way keeping buildings smart and safe and even making it possible to breathe on Mars Working at Honeywell isn t just about developing cool things That s why all of our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries Are you ready to help us make the future SalesWe don t just sell things We offer solutions to tomorrow s challenges Our sales approach begins by identifying customer demands before they become challenges We re committed to delivering customer success through our comprehensive expertise in software and technology Where Do You Fit In We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Snr Territory Manager to be based in Dubai UAE In this role you will will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company s customer base create market demand and ensure its strong presence in the UAE market among different verticals You will win maintain and expand relationships with end users and assigned channel partners and will be responsible for achieving sales Business Development profitability and partner recruitment objectives The Snr Territory Manager represents the entire range of Commercial Fire Products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a specific vertical market What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day Work on getting the Honeywell Commercial Fire HCF Products approved by the approval authorities in the region Develop and maintain relationships with allocated endusers and partners across the UAE by promoting HCF s solutions and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with predefined targetsResponsible for the sales revenue and to develop appropriate Channels manage partners including the training and development of their teams Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targetsSeek out competitor information maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate informationMaintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfactionSubmit weekly monthly and as requested business reports to management ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by managementCoordinate with other Honeywell product Business units to enlist support on specific Projects and develop specifications and ChannelsDrive Marketing initiatives such as seminars focus meeting and demand generation activities by establishing direct relations with end users key customers and key players in different verticals
