Maximize profits through concerted sales generation Expanding the market to new areas as well as achieving greater reach and depth with current clients Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to get higher share of their spending capital Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization Identifying and successfully closing deals and agreements Initiating and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets Accurately forecasts annual quarterly and monthly revenue streams Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products and services Interprets short and longterm effects on sales strategies in operating profit Responsible for the planning direction organisation and control of sales team to accomplish specific objectives Provide regular reports on sales and business development to the management Ensures that the organization is well positioned in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment by being an agent for ongoing organizational change In conjunction with the COO this position acts as a representative and ambassador to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization Manage the day to day operations of the Organization allocating resources to achieve mandated and strategic objectives of the department and ensuring long term sustainability and effectiveness of the programs Assist in the development and achievement of short term and long term strategic operational and financial goals and objectives of the agency assist in implementation of the Business Plan to ensure priority programs are adequately supported Frequently replenish jobspecific knowledge and apply it on the field Fulfil all companyestablished policy obligations Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed stored or accessed Complete other projects and duties as assigned Essential skills and qualification requirements Masters Degree in Management Marketing or Sales Minimum of seven years of medical insurance marketing or business development experience Thorough knowledge in UAE Medical Insurance regulations Proven history of creating effective marketing and sales programs Excellent time management and project prioritization skills Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Should have Insurance qualifications Maturity and excellent interpersonal skills Presentation skills Familiarity with Excel Power Point Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job Good teamwork skills and networking ability Adaptability Influencing and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail Good organisation and planning skills Desirable qualifications and skills Certification Courses in Medical Insurance Communication skills in Arabic
