attend all committee meetings (by phone or in person); review and respond to out of session communicationsProvide relevant and independent consulting on all investment and risk related matters and processesProvide insight, knowledge, and advice on an as needed basis to management in relation to relevant activitiesReview papers and attend ad hoc calls as required in relation to Committee business Requirements : Heavy hitter with most of career managing corporate turnarounds Either deep consultancy, Private Equity or holding company / corporate experience Sector experience must be broad (not over specialized in one sector) Experience in UAE is usefulArabic speaking would be advantageous but not mandatory
