Operations Technology (OT) is an innovation-driven organization comprised of functionally aligned development teams who support business-critical firm functions such as Legal, Compliance and Operations.
Adopting Agile methodology and with DevOps tools, OT delivers strategic solutions that support key business processes, including Regulatory Reporting.
Team Profile
To support the growth on the business side, we need to strengthen our team.
The role is based in Frankfurt and will report into the Frankfurt Workplace Support Service (WSS) Head who leads a very diverse team of 6 people.
Various aspects keep the role exiting : We deal with HW / SW requests and provide end user support (L1-3) to more than 15 divisions and maintain a very active client relationship.
We assist and collaborate closely with global IT teams on the infrastructure and application side, but also with our WSS counterparts all over the world.
We actively monitor and supervise services provided by our outsourcing partners and act as their key partner for IT projects / initiatives if applicable to our user base.
Last but not least, we also deal with a wide range of administration tasks like managing the hardware life cycle from order to decommission process or deal with local vendors and providers.
