About theRole :
As Cluster Training Manager, youare responsible for all Human Resources training relatedactivities. These activities include learning and development andtraining, performance management, compensation and benefits,employee relations, health and safety, and other team-basedactivities.
Reporting to the Area HumanResources Manager, responsibilities and essential job functionsinclude but are not limited to the following :
Prepareannual training plans and training calendars for the hotel
Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews witheach department
Partner with department to delivertraining programs and other organizational and leadershipdevelopment interventions
Support departments indeveloping cutting edge functional excellence and in developingleadership capabilities
Support individual and teamdevelopment, career development, and training and experience-basedlearning
Induct, coach, and mentor new TeamMembers
Interact with hotel leaders responsible forpeople development to provide support to operationaldepartments
Strongcommunicator with the ability to communicate on all levels.
Dynamic and confident individual with ability to work in ateam
Strong interpersonal skills and relationshipmanagement
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel& PowerPoint Presentation)
Good time managementand prioritizing skills
Ability to work under pressureand tight deadlines
