The job is responsible for managing HR-related business insight requirements for the assigned entities. The role holder is expected to work closely with different teams within HR, Finance and Technology.
The role holder will be responsible for developing key HR reports, dashboards, analysis and presentations based on unit requirements, proactively participate and recommend solutions for better data management and contribute to new projects and initiatives within team.
Roles and responsibilities
Partner with HR stakeholders to determine data reporting and analysis requirements.
Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support the needs of the business.
Provide clear, meaningful, concise, fact-based findings / insights to business partners / leaders using data, graphics, and effective discussion to guide decision-making
Actively pursue the development and ongoing improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools and capabilities
Review existing data sources / reports and build new databases with external data required to fulfil analytics requirements
Perform reconciliation and validation checks for accuracy of data, review the data quality on regular basis
Manage MIS reporting and ad-hoc data requests
Serve as liaison between HR and business teams to provide further insights on the available information
eliver compliance reports to proper governmental agencies, internal departments, and business leaders
Support special projects and prepare adhoc reports upon request from key stakeholders and business leaders
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. Ad-hoc analysis on HR data and prepare presentations as per requirements.
Handle assigned individual projects and actively contribute to the team projects under different streams of work
Bachelor / master’s degree with Professional qualification
Good understanding and proficiency in Data and information management
More than 5 years of professional experience in HR Analytics, reporting Data Management, BI tools
Knowledge of data Modelling techniques / tools ( Hadoop, SAP HANA)
BI / Visualization tools ( Power BI, SSRS, Oracle Analytics),
Experience in Data Analysis
