  • Managing organizational sales strategy by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics and target audience.
  • Analyse and Identify bestselling books and Merchandising.
  • Planning

  • Meeting planned sales goals and Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Developing and training sales team.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates.
  • Reporting

  • Daily tracking sales goals and reporting weekly and monthly results to general manager and finance manager.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Review

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Background

  • A relevant business degree plus 6 to 10 years professional B2C experience in sales at Malls or in the Books or Publishing Industry.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English.(Arabic would be an added benefit but not mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of business themes in the Middle East
  • Excellent ability to prioritize, plan, measure and follow up
  • Strong drive, assertiveness and sense of accountability
  • Management of diverse stakeholders with focus on service orientation, collaboration and responsiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team
  • Advanced level computer skills : Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Job Type : Full-time Experience :

  • Retail Management : 5 years (Required) or
  • Sales Management : 5 years (Required)
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's (Preferred) + attested certificates / transferable visa
