Job Description

The Omni-Channel project manager is responsible for managing projects in thescope ofthe company?s Omni-Channel program such as Order Managementand Product Management implementations.

A successful candidate will mobilize resources as appropriate to deliver theproject on time and within scope. He or she will control the project?

s successby employing risk management practices. He or she will be able to manageprojects in Waterfall as well as Agile / SCRUM methodologies.

We are looking for people with proven experience in project management thatinvolves both technological as well as change management and businessprocess engineering components.

Ideally, the candidate will possess relevant experience in Retail, Wholesale andDistribution of consumer goods domains.

The successful candidate will possess very strong senior stakeholdermanagement skills and will be able to manage through conflict and pressure.

He or she will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills inEnglish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Omni-Channel Projects
  • Build project plans
  • Communicate and report on the progress of activities on a weekly basis toall stakeholders
  • Proactively highlight risks and propose mitigation plans
  • Mobilize and request for resources as required
  • Manage relationships with service providers, partners and suppliers thatare part of the program
  • Create and establish a productive work environment for all teams involved
  • Skillset

  • Project Management
  • Agile / SCRUM
  • Tools : MS Project, MS Office, Jira, Slack or others.
  • Omni-channel processes
  • Requirements to apply

  • Education : University degree in computer science, business managementor related fields.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ideas - Excited to draw findings from figures
  • Experience in managing projects and teams
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce, fulfillment or other operationalsystems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
