Job Duties :

  • Maintainexecutive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments,board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetingsand keep minutes
  • Receive and screenphone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle andprioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
  • Make travelarrangements for executives
  • Handleconfidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoicesor financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Monitoroffice supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure themost cost-effective orders
  • Maintainelectronic and paper records ensuring information is organized andeasily accessible
  • Conduct researchand prepare presentations or reports asassigned. Requirements :
  • Degree in businessadministration or relative field
  • Proven experienceas executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MSOffice and back-office software
  • In depth knowledgeof office management and basic accounting procedures as well astechnical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity withbasic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellentorganizational and time-management skills
  • Outstandingcommunication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity andconfidentiality.
