Define success metrics, continuouslycraft A / B tests, analyze results to enable data-driven decisions,and ensuring positive impact in improving the userexperience.
Deliver and communicate insightsin creative and engaging presentations.
Develop and maintain customer journey (throughquantitative and qualitative research).
Delivery (UX / UI / Visual)
Deliver wireframes, journeys, prototypes, visual designfor our iOS app, Android app, Progressive Web App (PWA / mweb),Desktop and responsive web.
Align with variousother products teams to ensure visual consistency throughoutflows.
Ensure design works as comfortably withArabic as with English.
Maintain our designsystems ensuring UI consistency across teams of designers, multipleproducts and multiple platforms.
Your profile :
10+ years of experience in UX Design with aproven record of successfully shipped consumer-orientedexperiences.
5+ years experience in building,scaling and leading design teams. You have previous experience ofleading a team of 8+ designers.
You areexperienced in the entire product cycle : From UX research,wireframes and prototypes to the final design, implementation andoptimization.
You have worked with teams in both discovery anddelivery. Experience working with a dedicated team where you hadfull ownership of the product preferred above agencyexperience.
Previous experience working inevidence-driven teams using Agile and Scrummethodologies.
Previous experience working intravel / e-commerce a plus.
You have deepexperience in the field of UX research : interviewing users, remoteUX research, setting up surveys and usability tests as well asinterpreting the results.
Able to interpret qualitative andquantitative data into opportunities for improvements. Servicedesign experience is a plus.
You are a strongdesign leader with a keen sensitivity to typography, compositionand flow, as well as experience leading teams working with designsystems and patterns.
You have a hands-onmentality and a structured way of thinking.
