Job Details : Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Greet and assist visitors.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Job Requirements : Degree holder.
At least two years of experience in the similar role.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Good command in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office.
