Acting as a first point of contact : dealing with correspondenceand phone calls

Informs visitors byanswering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors bymaintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, andissuing visitor badges.
Operates telecommunicationsystem by following manufacturer’s instructions for housephone
and console operation.
Keeps a safeand clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, andregulations.
Supports continuity among work teams bydocumenting and communicating actions,
irregularities,and continuing needs.
Managing the CEO diaries andorganizing meeting and appointments.
Booking andorganizing travelling appointment / flights for the CEO.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentation andcorrespondence for the CEO

Good communication and listening skills

Able to work under pressure
English and Arabic written and spoken ispreferred
University / college degree is an asset
Familiaritywith phone systems
Previous experience with MicrosoftOffice software / power point preferred
