Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist line manager in the organization andexecution of the project management duties.
  • Serve as a liaison between project participants, projectmanagers and other members of the Project Support Group by ensuringtimely communication and monitoring of deadlines, sharing ofresources and providing proactive support wherepossible.
  • Maintain up-to-date rosters of teammembers involved in a project.
  • Providecalendar management and coordination to individualssupported.
  • Organize meetings, special events,and travel arrangements.
  • Responsible forproject document management including set up, organization, loggingdatabases, maintenance, storage and closure.
  • Compose and process routine correspondence.
  • Record time details, document billable expenses, andprocess expense reports to facilitate billing and other accountingprocedures.
  • Assist with monthly billing dutiesfor the officers, managers, and / or experts they support, includingproofreading and editing billing narratives and producing finalinvoices sent to clients.
  • Support businessdevelopment initiatives by maintaining key contacts.
  • Type, assemble, organize, format, and edit / proof theteam's work products (examples : affidavit / declaration,report, or presentation).
  • Performphotocopying, faxing, and preparation of materials for couriershipments, as needed.
  • Research and identifypotential client conflicts relating to new businessleads.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreepreferred.
  • Must have atleast have any softwareexperience preferably with QA skills.
  • 2+ yearsof directly related experience with at least 3 years of experienceproviding executive level support, in a professional services firm(legal, consulting, financial, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Effectively anticipate, monitor and meet the needs ofinternal and external clients.
  • Experienceworking on various types of projects from initiation toclosure.
  • Ability to utilize resourceseffectively, prioritize, multi-task, and move work forward in atimely manner.
  • Demonstrates excellent criticalthinking and problem solving skills to address non-routine orcomplex problems.
  • Superior teamwork skills,with the ability to delegate tasks or accept additional work, asneeded.
