Develop and manage the implementation ofworker welfare practices, control program and standards inprequalification, tendering and monitoring to companiesengaged.
Responsible for identifying andassessing worker welfare needs.
Determine the applicability of worker welfare controls inprequalification, tendering and monitoring to companiesengaged.
Assess trends presented in monthlyreports and determine remedial actions.
Conduct risk assessments of level one employers attendering and of level two employers at the onboarding stage of aproject;
as well as monitoring activities, including workerinterviews and corporate office visits.
Assesscompleted risk assessments and monitoring activity reports toassign appropriate risk ratings.
Decidewhether risk assessments are altered based on continued monitoringfindings and close-outs.
Maintain oversight ofthe non-conformances logged and the corresponding timelines forclose-outs
Develop improvement plans todowngrade the risk rating of monitored companies and highlightcompanies that require an elevation in risk rating.
Report on a monthly basis the trends identified in thedata gathered through monitoring.
Maintain arecord of grievances received through the hotline and suggestremedial action to be taken by the appropriate projectmanagers.
Maintain a log of non-conformancesidentified and close-out.
Be the first pointof contact for grievances received through the hotline, escalatingissues as appropriate.

RELATED YEARS OFEXPERIENCE
Minof : 8+ years of related experience inworker welfare function.
