Role To manage the day to day operation of the area ensuring that all maintenance employees are deployed effectively Manage the logistics within the area ensuring the maintenance is carried out to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Strategy Establish an effective organization through the designing and implementing of a fit for purpose structure adequate manpower develop and implement systems to motivate manpower through training programs incentives and recognition schemes for outstanding performance Management Develop guide direct motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with the Performance Management System to assist in the realization of their potential and to enhance their knowledge-
