Ensure staff is workingtogether as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needsare met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify anydeficiencies.
Complete opening and closing duties including settingup necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas,locking doors, etc.
Inspect storage areas for organization, use ofFIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock andrequisition necessary supplies.
Monitor dining rooms for seatingavailability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Completework orders for maintenance repairs.
reportaccidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; andcomplete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets.
