Develop the strategic orientation of the company salesapproach
Coordinates sales forecasting,planning, and budgeting processes used within the salesorganization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain highlevels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the salesorganization’s planning efforts.
Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotasand ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channelsand resources.
Works to ensure all salesorganization objectives are assigned in a timely manner.
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales processimprovement. Works closely with sales management to inspect salesprocess quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks andinconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous processimprovement.
Supports the marketing team inthe selection and evaluation of business impact for new brands / products
Monitors the accuracy &efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligenceessential to the sales organization.
Recommends revisions toexisting reports, or assists in the development of new reportingtools as needed.
Implements enablingtechnologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors theassigned sales organization’s compliance with therequired standards for maintaining CRM data.
Works closely withsales management to optimize the effectiveness of thefirm’s technology investments.
Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management,& sales support personnel in the sales organizationsupported.
Provide input to senior leadershipin the development and administration of sales incentivecompensation programs.
Working withAccounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance withsales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis,or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of salescompensation program policies and procedures.
Directs and supports the consistent implementation ofcompany initiatives.
Builds peer support andstrong internal-company relationships with other key managementpersonnel
Engineeringdegree or equivalent
Well-rounded Engineering Background including field experience in at least one ofthe following areas : Inspection, Instrumentation, ConstructionMachinery, Civil Material Testing,Survey
Computer Literate with ability to use common Microsoftapplications (or equivalent) and understand / use / train others onPrincipal’s software products
10-12 years in the building materials salesfield with thorough application knowledge of the constructionindustry
Minimum 5 years in Senior Sales Managerial rolemanaging diverse teams across ME / GCC region
