Job Description

Operationally Supports the Chief Financial Officer’s planning and execution of strategic financial strategies & implementation tactics designed to drive the success of the organization through internal processes that will strengthen overall fiscal capabilities and drive efficiencies.

This role will be responsible for initiating and coordinating process improvement initiatives geared toward enhancing financial efficiency, performance metrics, project and operations management, visualization of executive presentations in regard to financial dashboards, planning, analysis and reporting.

The position will be required to work actively and collaboratively with the various levels of executive / senior leadership and finance leaders to assist in achieving transparency, overall financial health and alignment in short and long term financial planning and the effectiveness of deployed business goals and strategic initiatives.

5-7 years of experience leading impactful, transformational change

Leadership experience is preferred

Able to build strong working relationships with other leaders across the organization and can navigate proficiently across various organizational levels

Active change agent skilled at helping others through transformative change

Able to build consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders highly skilled at facilitating resolution across functions and departments

Experience leading initiatives that drive material cost savings and enhance customer outcomes

Proficient experience with sourcing strategies and models

Applicable work experience in management consulting, finance, or driving operational efficiencies.

Strong analytical ability a statistics background is helpful

Strong executive / board-level business communication, presence and presentation / visualization skills

Expert experience in customer-oriented business process design and optimization

Proficiency in building and leading teams without being the direct manager.

Aptitude for evolving technologies, including proficiency in evaluation and application

Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically

Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and best practices and experience with project management principles and agile models

Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
