JOB REQUIREMENTS

Selected candidates should have a working experience as an office assistant in the same field or related for a period of 1 to 2 years.

Ideal applicants should have ability to work well under limited supervision.

Preferred candidates should have ability to write clearly with word processing when necessary.

Interested applicants should have ability to great communication skills and also have a warm personality with strong communication skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Selected candidates should be able to create,maintain and entering information into database.

Ideal applicants should be able to update paperwork,maintaining documents and word processing.

Preferred candidates should be able to organize travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs when required.

Interested applicants should be able to greet clients and visitors and also experience as a virtual assistant.
