Job Summary : The Service Executive or Manager will join a Market Research industry for a full time employment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
The applicant for the Service Executive or Manager must possess relevant qualifications
Should be a graduate or possess a post graduate degree from any field
The applicant should be experienced and talented in this field
The ideal candidate should have a minimum experience of two years in the areas of data collection and analysis
Sampling methods and reporting with knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
Excellent verbal and written communications in English and Arabic is preferred.
Middle East experience is not mandatory however a background experience in working with B2B and B2C customers and solid knowledge of market research is preferred.
UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Interact with clients on a regular basis to understand their research requirements and objectives.
Design research methods such as interviews and questionnaires.
Fix project delivery timescales and budgets with the clients.
Analyze, translate and present research results to the client.
Explain to clients on how they can best make use of the results.
Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Make sure clients’ project Key Performance indicators are met month on monthly basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients towards delivering excellence
Develop business within existing and new clients.
Salary and Benefits :
Monthly salary of AED 5000 to 9000 and above plus allowances based on experience
