Your key responsibilities wouldinclude :
Assist theBoutique Manager in executing strategies to increase store traffic;optimize profitability; develop high potential customers;
promotebrand awareness, establish market / store presence, and capturecompetitive market share.
Work with theBoutique Manager to lead the team in executing an exceptionalcustomer service experience and create memorable moments byexceeding their expectations;
building meaningful and lastingcustomer relationships and increase and retain customerloyalty
Demonstrate sales leadership byplaying an active role on the sales floor through customerengagement with VICs
Manage operations bysupporting and ensuring compliance with company's StandardOperating Procedure and ensuring that the team is trained on thesame.
Generate and analyze sales reports andliaise with Brand Management and Merchandising teams to maximizestock potential
Implement effectivecommunication channels within and outside the store including dailystore briefings to communicate current business trends and relevantupdates covering all relevant topics and information that willsupport and enhance sales performance, customer service,operations, product / brand knowledge.
Lead andsupport Company driven local events and product launches, ensuringcustomer attendance and sales results are met
Strong communicator, excellent interpersonal skills, goodcommercial acumen, people person and love for luxury retail : theseare some of the specifications the right candidate wouldpossess.
Candidates with 4 year experience in retailstore operations, with at least two years in a supervisory role inluxury environment is essential to be qualified for therole.
