Job Role : HR Operations Executive
Job Details :
Oversee our payroll andperformance evaluation systems
Review and update ouremployment contracts and agreements
Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures company.
Monitoring the company’s HR systems as well asdatabases
Addressing employees’ queries(e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to seniormanagement
Followup with clients regarding addition& deduction of salary & visa renewal, employeebehavior and other official activities.
Visaprocessing & PRO activities.
