Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate proposals and internal sales methods in order to increase CTS business and customer satisfactionKay tasks include :

Maximize the profitability of the CTS business across the territory by promoting sales of aftermarket products and service to new and existing customers in accordance with agreed business plan , Carry out planned pre sales and after sales call to establish long term rapport with potential customer.
The successful internal sales engineer should have an energetic, well spoken, punctual and reliable with at least 2 years’ experience in inside sales or telemarketing environment, ideally you will have direct experience in the compressor Aftermarket parts & services industry.
Technical knowledge of our products and their applications
Good CTS product knowledge
Good command of English and preferably Arabic
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of Scala, iPSM (salesforce) and Global Dispach system
University degree or relevant equivalent work experience.
You must have excellent communication skills. Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written / verbal communication skills.
Must be an efficient, proven multitasker who has a high level of energy and remains calm in high energy environment. Must be able to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial organization. Must be a team player.
