Job description

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate proposals and internal sales methods in order to increase CTS business and customer satisfactionKay tasks include :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Standard Fixed Price quotes against SMARTLink leads (preparation, customer submission and follow ups )
  • Secure sales leads from service engineers visit reports and other inquiries (coming through emails, phone etc); qualify the leads and either provide a price quotation directly to the customer or forward the lead to the relevant sales engineer for follow-
  • up (depends on the complexity of requirement)

  • To send SERVICE REMINDERS to non-contract customers (Contact every customer 10 months after their last service, remind them on their next service dues)
  • Coordinate with external sales engineers for supporting their customer base to meet sales targets through different marketing campaigns.
  • Co-ordinate telemarketing campaigns as and when required
  • Price and part numbers creation in dispatch for non-available items and other support related to parts / service kits by contacting responsible persons in product companies
  • Standard PMA / EW+ / Parts Plan / spare parts proposal for prime equipment sales team.
  • Promote & Sell Parts plan for smaller range of compressor (30KW< )
  • SPIR documents for projects (preparation, customer submission and follow ups)
  • 121 reporting on monthly basis
  • iPSM related tasks
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Mission

    Maximize the profitability of the CTS business across the territory by promoting sales of aftermarket products and service to new and existing customers in accordance with agreed business plan , Carry out planned pre sales and after sales call to establish long term rapport with potential customer.

    Experience requirements

    The successful internal sales engineer should have an energetic, well spoken, punctual and reliable with at least 2 years’ experience in inside sales or telemarketing environment, ideally you will have direct experience in the compressor Aftermarket parts & services industry.

    Knowledge

    Technical knowledge of our products and their applications

    Good CTS product knowledge

    Good command of English and preferably Arabic

    Good communication skills

    Working knowledge of Scala, iPSM (salesforce) and Global Dispach system

    Educational requirements

    University degree or relevant equivalent work experience.

    Personality requirements

    You must have excellent communication skills. Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written / verbal communication skills.

    Must be an efficient, proven multitasker who has a high level of energy and remains calm in high energy environment. Must be able to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial organization. Must be a team player.

    The regional support centre operating under the legal name and umbrella of Atlas Copco Services Middle East within the Compressor Technique Business Area has started operating as of January 1st, 2003.

    This regional support centre has been created to give both technical and commercial support to our distributors, and to continue developing the business in the region.
