As the Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to and delivering DXB Entertainment’s Internal Comms, Employee Engagement, and CSR strategy across the business to maximise levels of employee engagement and retention.
Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics
Main Duties :
The role is wide ranging, encompassing the efficient management of employee engagement activities, internal communication, and CSR
It involves collaborating with experts across the business to maximise the impact of their activities on employee engagement and retention.
Usage of range employee feedback to regularly update / inform activities, including people metrics.
Analyse and recognise patterns in employee data (i.e. metrics such as employee survey results and employee turnover etc) to shape engagement activities, drive action through the line, maximise impact and evaluate success.
Build relationships and collaborate across the business to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, whilst providing high levels of internal customer service.
You will partner with HR and line colleagues to understand and meet the employee engagement needs of differing business areas.
Demonstrate and develop new ways of working where appropriate to maximise business impact through your work.
Highly motivated with an enthusiasm for employee engagement and a desire to seek out new ways to engage with employees.
Supports CBSO and HR Directors in identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse Organisation-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting reports on periodic / quarterly / annual basis.
Ensures communication strategies are positioned positively and aligned with the Company’s message and the brand
Gatekeeper of the Employer Brand Image, both internally and externally (LinkedIn / Careers Website / Intranet)
Driver of the Intranet site DXB Voice to ensure content is up to date at all time and it to be the go to’ site for all company information
Drive the DXBE CSR Strategy and ensure all areas of CSR are regularly addressed through company initiatives
Masters / Bachelor Degree Business / HR
Relevant experience, qualification, training, skills
Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience
Minimum 5- 7 Years work experience
Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure to tight deadlines, budgets and targets with accuracy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, highly numerical with problem solving and analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic.
Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources
