A leading Facility Managementcompany is looking to hire BDM Job Location - Dubai : Manage theteam for all business development activities related to current andnew clients Generating leads by the means of network, clientvisits, cold calls, attending exhibitions and seeking referencesfrom existing clients Oversee the new proposals and submission toclients, and report to the Director on any updates or qualityissues.
Identify new opportunities and new clients including, whereappropriate, identifying potential business partnership beneficialto the company.
Develop strategic plans, sales strategies, developmaintenance packages to the client and undertake presentations toprospective customers.
Research andUnderstanding the sector-specific needs of client and cater totheir labor requirement.Prepare monthly business reports asassigned Update the team on the latest market trends and relatedcountry laws and ensure zero violation.
Achieving weekly, monthlyand quietly sales targets and new client.
Prepare business proposals, conduct researches, andparticipate in feasibility studies. Follow up pending payments andmaintain high standards of confidentiality.
Attending andparticipating in networking events, exhibitions etc.
