Task includes the following activities; Quarterly Forecast, Budgeting, Strategic planning, Budget calendarization for BPC at FS level & SAP GL, Support for LE and budget upload in BPC at TP & FS level, Manpower Planning, Bonus adjustment in BPC, Other manual adjustments in BPC tool (Temp staff, Training expenses, recruitment etc.
HC template LE & Budget and monthly variance analysisFinancial Controlling; HRSS cost allocation on monthly basis on actual MPC and Budgeted overhead cost, Actualization of HRSS cost, Provide GL and CC's to ICM accountant for ICM acceptance, Provide support to GL accountants for the GL and CC's, ICM provision review, Providing bonus data to GL accountants for provision on monthly basis, Adjustment between actual bonus payout and bonus provisionMonthly & Yearly Closing of Accounts - GL review for all HO Companies (including dormant companies) & resolve issues wherever necessary.
Review income statement and prepare Budget vs Actuals variance analysis.Business Finance support, Statutory audit and taxation matters for overseas Corporate entities in MENA region.
Business finance support, accounting / cost center / Internal Order discipline control, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, variance analysis, financial control, ICM review, etc.
About the RequirementsYou must have 4 to 5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis i.e. budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, MIS reporting, etc.
Must possess high degree of integrity, good communication skills (both written and verbal), positive attitude and ability to perform best under pressure.
